Claims Review
ICN's average claims processing time is 24 hours or less during which 75% of all claim reviews including negotiations are concluded. A total of 95% of all bill reviews and repricing activity is completed in 48 hours or less. Exceptional cases are handled by our case managers with the assistance of medical record review in consultation with board-certified specialists, and, where necessary, additional research which may require additional time.
